Luna Hair Studio is a private luxury salon suite inside the Sola Salons in Reston, Virginia, founded by Lexi and Umit. The studio was created to offer a personalized, elevated experience in a calm and welcoming environment. Specializing in lived-in color and dimensional blonding, every service is customized with intention, artistry, and hair health at the forefront. Salon Policies To ensure the best experience for all clients and to protect the time reserved in our schedule, the following policies apply to all appointments. Late Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may result in modification of services to ensure the next scheduled client is not affected. Repeated lateness may require full prepayment for future bookings. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time may result in a non-refundable deposit being required to book any future appointments. No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will result in loss of booking privileges for future services. We truly understand that life happens, emergencies, surprises, and unexpected situations come up. If something changes, we simply ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another guest. Refund & Adjustment Policy All services are final sale and non-refundable. Your happiness is very important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can review and, if appropriate, schedule an adjustment. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be performed on hair that has not been altered or serviced by another stylist after your visit. We truly value open communication and always want you to feel confident and cared for. Letting us know promptly gives us the opportunity to address any concerns properly while maintaining the integrity of your hair. Personal Belongings We are not responsible for damage to personal items brought into the salon, including but not limited to clothing, handbags, electronics, or accessories. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing and removing valuable items prior to service. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service at any time under circumstances including, but not limited to: • Severely compromised hair that cannot safely undergo chemical or extension services • Unrealistic expectations • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior • Failure to follow salon policies Our priority is maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients. EXTENSION POLICY At Luna, all extension services require a deposit in order to reserve your appointment and custom order your hair. Because extension appointments require extended time, preparation, and custom color matching, the following policy applies: Deposit Requirements • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all extension installation and move-up appointments. • The deposit will equal 50% of the total service or the full cost of the hair (whichever applies). • Hair will not be ordered until the deposit is received. Custom Hair Orders All extension hair is custom ordered specifically for you. For this reason: • Hair purchases are final sale. • Once ordered, hair cannot be returned or refunded. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • One reschedule is permitted with proper notice. No Shows Failure to show for your appointment will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours as well. Extension appointments reserve multiple hours in our schedule and are highly customized services.
